BREAKING NEWS!
Once again, it is time to bid farewell to an IAG-Board member and welcome a new one:
Laura Draack, head of the Laboratory for Basic Feed Analysis, Feed Microscopy, and Animal Nutrition at LUFA Nord-West in Oldenburg, who has served on the board since June 2025, is stepping down due to professional commitments.
She is succeeded by Dr. Luise Greiffer from the Chemical-Veterinary Testing Office Rhein-Ruhr-Wupper (CVUA-RRW), where she also serves as head of the laboratory. (here you can find her contact data)
By this way the IAG community and especially its board wishes both all the best for their new challenges

Again, many thanks to the colleagues of LTZ Augustenberg for the great organization of the WS, for the fruitful discussions and excellent explanations as well as for the sample and reference material which was collected and divided between the participants to take home for further studies.
Organizing next year’s annual meeting/workshop!
Since no new host could be found for next year’s IAG Annual Meeting during the one, the IAG-Board is now looking for an institute of one of its members that is able to host at least the IAG Annual meeting in 2027 – and, ideally, also a small workshop as well.
The meeting usually takes place in June, depending on the holidays – the exact date and location have not yet been determined.
If you and your institute are interested in organizing the next IAG annual meeting (and workshop), please feel free to contact the IAG-Board by board@iag-micro.org to clarify your questions.
